coffee w/ milk + salmon bikini
mid am: mandarin + 0%yogurt w/walnuts + 1/2 flake
lunch: lentils + chicken + custard
pm: 2 toast with nutella :o
dinner: soup + llom arrebossat + mandarin + 1 ferrero
