am c/w milk
mid am cheese mini + capuccino + mandarin
lunch: cabbagge + chicken breast w/salad + orange
pm 1: mandarin
pm2: 0% yogurt w/ walnuts + 1/2 flake finger (70cals aprox)
dinner: gazpacho + pizza + choc custard (165cals)
