c w/m + ham on brown coke + banana + special K red fruit cereal bar (after my 5k (really 9) race) Chicken w/ home made fries + 0% yogurt w/ roasted hazelnuts 2 slices of toast (brown) w/ cheese & smoked salmon + decaf w/milk + orange juice 1 piece home-made sponge cake (about 120 cals) tuna salad + roasted hazelnuts (8grs)
