Feb. 29th
am: c w/m
mid am: rice and oatmeal cakes (48cals total) + capuccino
lunch: rice cassola + salmon w/salad + orange. 1 20gr slice of bread
pm: salmon and cheese mini on brown bread
dinner: salad + 0% yogurt w/ walnuts
Went our for a walk/run :D
