Feb. 11th

am: 2 coffee w/ milk + low fat cheese and smoked salmon grilled sandwich + mandarin + tea
mid am: 0%fat yogurt with walnuts
lunch: gazpacho + chicken with veg + mandarin
pm1: home made muffin + decaf w/ milk + a few (about 8) popcorn
pm2: rice cake with dark chocolate (57cals)
pm3: corn cakes (2) 54 cals total
dinner: carrot, gazpacho, potato omelette, yogurt

Had a green tea and another "cola de caballo" too and did 30 minutes on the stationary :D
