Happy Birthday sweet princess!

am: coffee w/ milk + 2 toast, 1 w/salmon cream cheese and 1 with cheese
mid am: capuccino + orange + ham mini
lunch: small portion of macaronis + grilled salmon w/salad+ 0%fat yogurt + mandarin
pm: mandarin + choc covered corn cake (57 cals)
dinner: pizza (2 slices) + 0%fat yogurt w/ walnuts
