after duathlon: gatorade + water + slice of bread w/sausage + mandarin
lunch: brown rice + turkey breast cubes + mandarin + tea
pm: 0% yogurt w/walnuts
dinner: soup + 170cal custard :D (my treat after my duathlon today)
