Feb. 8th

8am coffe w/milk and ham&low fat cheese mini
11am coffee w/milk + 1 all bran finger (80cals) + mandarin
lunch: green beans + pork sirloin w/salad and 2 crisps/chips + 0%fat yogurt + mandarin
pm: mandarin + bowl of all bran
dinner: 2 slices pizza + 0%fat yogurt
