am coffee w/milk + ham mini
mid am capuccino + ham mini + mandarin
lunch broccoli + steak with chips + salad + 2 slices of bread + 0%fat peach yogurt
pm1: mandarin
pm2: bowl of all bran
dinner: chicken with veg + gazpacho + 0% fat yogurt w/ 3 walnuts
