am coffee w/milk + all bran
mid am capuccino + ham mini + mandarin
lunch rice + chicken breast w/salad + mandarin (1 slice of bread)
pm1: mandarin
pm2: cheese mini
pm3: 0%fat yogurt with 2 walnuts + 100cal flake :o
dinner: soup + fish burger + 0%fat yogurt
