am 2 coffees with milk + 1 piece of toast with salmon cream cheese
lunch: rice w/ 3 delice + chichen + mandarin + yogurt
pm: 1 coch corn cake
dinner: soup + slice of bread w/cheese + 0%fat yogurt w/walnuts
