mid am: 2 rice&oatmeal cakes + capuccino + 0%yogurt
lunch: hamburger with salad (1 20gr slice of bread)
pm1: mandarin
pm2: 0%yogurt with walnuts
dinner: pizza + gazpacho + mandarin
