mid am capuccino + ham mini
lunch: veg soup + kebab + fries + salad + mandarin
pm: mandarin + 2 corn cakes (54 cals) + 0%fat yogurt
dinner: soup + slice of bread with cheese + yogurt with honey and walnuts
