8am coffee w/ milk
11am ham & light cheese sandwich + coffee w/ milk
lunch: broccoli + chicken hamburger w/ fries + kiwi + mandarin
pm: all bran bar + mandarin
pm2: muffin w/nutella + flake finger
dinner: potato omelette + gazpacho
Not a good 2nd pm snack. Will try to be better tomorrow... I need to have a decent body I feel right in!
