Feb. 19th

am: coffee w/milk + mini (llonganissa) + 1 lil square of choc. Full to the brim I must admit!
lunch: fish tempura + chicken tandori w/ khofi rice + apple crust w/ vanilla ice cream + coffe w/milk
pm: flake finger (eek)
dinner: gazpacho + potato omelette
