Feb. 12th

A bit of a hectic day but...

am: 2 coffees with milk + low fat cheese and salmon grilled sandwich
snack: corn cakes
lunch: soup + lamb chops + a bit of foie + coffee w/milk
pm: toast + 0%fat yogurt w/ walnuts

A weird day... weighed in in the am.... -300gr... slowly but surely ;)
