8am coffee w/milk + ham mini
11:30am coffee w/milk + all bran finger (80cals) + 1 mandarin
lunch: rice + chicken w/salad + kiwi + choc custard
pm snack: ham & low fat cheese mini + decaf w/milk
dinne: salad w/ lettuce, corn, tuna & a few chickpeas + mandarin
Did great today :D I took Ansiprax twice and my chrome at 16:30... I think that was the clue! I drank my water too :D
