Feb. 1st

8am coffee w/milk + ham mini
11am coffee w/milk + banana + 0% yogurt
lunch: lentils + chicken + salad + mandarin
pm snack: mandarin + banana + 90 calorie choc finger
dinner: rice and noodle soup + 1 piece of toast w/cheese + 3 corn triangles + 1 0% yogurt

Ok... not my best day but... no binging whatsoever!
Weighed in in the am... -200gr... no gain but little loss... need to make a bigger effort ;)
